I am doing the couch potato to 5K in 5 months. I am not at all a couch potato though so I started it on month 2. And NO I am not doing a triathlon. I do swim 3 times a week and run 3 times a week though. I'm cutting down on junk, I was eati...My own thing. I'm cutting down on junk, I was eating a portion of M&M's every day. No soda, but I do have organic half and half in my coffee. I make sure to eat at least one huge salad full of good stuff a day and blog instead of lying on the couch watching TV and eating, and hey it's working!<BR/>I haven't even tried to start running yet. We are supposed to begin interval training within the next month.
