What a great idea for the beads!We have them here,in Tampa,every year at Gasparilla.I thought they'd make great Christmas decor,but I like your idea better.Great blog,and great garden!

my garden looks like a postage stamp compaired to that , 20' x 20' i have 4 rows of corn and 1 tomatoe , 3 various types of pepper and 1 cucumber

As usual your flowers and garden are beautiful.. How in the world do you get your lantana's to grow so large. I have some that are old and they are not near that big. Do you cut them back in the fall?

I'm jealous of your hostras -- the snails make a quick meal of every single one that I plant, no matter what I do to try and keep them away! Little buggers!

I do take pride in our garden Sugar Nae Nae, teehee, and we serve an awesome god who makes a garden thrive so much. When I get a house of my own, I'm going to have an all-blue garden! ^.^
We don't have Mardi Gras beads here,in Tampa,but we do have Gasparilla beads.I never thought of using them that way.I always used them as Christmas decor.Hmmmm.....
