First the good news. God is so sweet, He knew my nerves were in the 100% kicked up mode. Nurses and doctors are horrible patients it just goes with the territory. My doctor called me to come in today, good one less day of waiting.
The verdict is 2 surgeries are needed. My hip is 75% necrotic but not fractured. The fix is a total hip replacement. My crazy doctor has quit doing them, to much trouble for too little money; at least he's honest. He is actually one of my favorite docs I've known him for years. That means a referral to someone else that he has already picked out, someone that I don't know which is good. Good that I can just be a patient with him since he won't know me as a nurse.
The other news is that the MRI picked up something else that should be fixed first. Sheish! And I have a new fracture in my right foot, gimme a break. (JUST KIDDING!)
OK so there you have it. No cancer, nothing fatal just a lot of mechanic work. Alrighty then so we can now resume the normal Fresh Fixins style of goins on around here and that is the end of the medical litany of woes. Ya'll were right I was scared to death. I have a better grip now so we're off to the races again.
And actually we are up to some pretty major projects around here, the Hunny is anyway, and I'll show you tomorrow.
Thanks for all the notes of support it is appreciated!

Thank God for small favors. Things that are fixable we can live with.
What a relief! My knees are aching from prayer . . . but I still have the energy to dance in celebration with you. (Okay, you sit and I'll dance around you.)
Love you! : D
Yay!! Fixable is good!
But I'll keep praying for speedy recoveries!! And little or NO pain!
Hey Karen sorry to hear about the avascular necrosis. CJ has that.
He actually had a coring procedure where they drilled a hole into the dead bone. He had to stay off of it for a long while (cuz the bone could fracture in the weakened state) The goal is to get new bone and blood supply to grow. It worked amazingly well and bought him some time for the total hip replacement 5 years or however long down the line. Supposedly the total hips only last so long !! Also, look into the new minimally invasive hip procedures they do now. Kitter
Scary. But thank goodness for fixes!
OK now we know where to concentrate our prayers for healing. Glad you got in there earlier and that you are feeling better about the dx. Sending smiles and prayers...jj
Well now, this is something we can deal with. You're going to be all right, girl. What a hissy you got yourself into.
There's a lot of work ahead but you can do it. We'll all be right there with you.
I'm praising God for His faithfulness and blessings upon your life. For being the Great Physician.
