I have Gaiam's Pilates video. I like it. Yoga is hard for me because I am not flexible at all.

Brenda, I wasn't at all flexible when I started and I still look like a fat cow, but I am doing these things and it's changing my body. My mind is coming around to a more "can do" way of thinking.

I have not touched my toes (with straight legs) in YEARS and I would not swear to EVER being able to touch my nose to my shins.... good grief!

Peach a forward fall is done with soft knees, I can put my hands on the floor but not my nose to my shins. We started with a lot more stretching before we started the down dog- plank- up dog- sweat like crazy stuff. It feels really great when it's all over and you quit trying to torture yourself. LOL We all gotta start somewhere. I actually really like it, it's helped my back a lot.
