Morning Rituals

Move over Noble Pig! I have an inspiration to dazzle you! Well, maybe not.

To avoid the serious addiction of coffee, the ritual of tea has become my morning eye opener. First of all the tea pot is heated with hot water.
Next we put in two bags of delicious tea, this morning my choice is,...ta ta da,...
TZAO--Earl Gray.
Good choice.
Add rapidly boiling water from kettle, and STEEP. I like mine strong.

A cute little tea cozy adds to the drama of the moment. It also keeps the tea warm, I will eventally drink the entire pot.

But not without a spoonful of sugar and a dollop of real organic half and half. If you are going to drink a concentrated animal fat product it is best to avoid concentrated hormones, and other unwanted chemicals. Really, no kidding.

Now with cuppa tea I can browse about the garden and snap a few updates. My mouth loves coffee, it thinks it's in heaven but it makes me shake like I've got Parkinson's sooooo, all of this does suffice. GOOD MORNING!

Maybe salad for lunch?

love the morning glories I have blue and pink ones... last year I had 4 times as many but this year I only have a few but they are full of blooms and come out each morning and say hi to me :) I have been getting quite a few maters but they rarely make it into the house I munch them as I sit outside with DH and if the kids are about they eat them too!
YUMMMMmmmm the tea pot is cute the warmer is too... I am not much for hot tea though I usually end up icing it LOL.

Your garden is so beautiful! I am green with envy! I can't even manage to keep my geraniums on the porch alive... well, they are still alive but by the looks of them...not for long. Sigh.

Thanks for the lovely comment on my blog vommit post. I am stressed about it now that it is all hanging out like that. At the same time though... if there is someone out there that is in that horrible place I've been in... maybe it will help.

Your yard is beyootiful! Don't you love walking around it in the morning seeing what is growing? I have been talking to my plants because I read that it helps them grow. So far they haven't said anything back to me, but they are really growing. Of course, it wouldn't have anything to do with the 20 hours of daylight...

You've come a long way BABY!!! Remember the first time you invited me over for breakfast and I brought my own fresh ground coffee, just in case you drank folgers or something I considered BAD??? AND the time you showed me your PITEFUL garden and I just said OH BROTHER. I'm so proud of you little sis.
