The List

My daughters youngest child fell and broke his arm yesterday.
She has no insurance so she is worried sick,
another obstacle to slow down her attempts to move here.

I have had a 3 steps forward two steps back kind of week,
both physically and mentally. Battle weary.
I felt better and did a LITTLE cooking and am paying a huge price for feeling alive.
That is depressing.
Back to doing nothing.
There is too much typing going on here.

Lots of questions again and a bad pain day, no week.
No appointments available with a pain clinic until mid November?
No appointment yet with the psychiatrist?
Are we having an epidemic of crazy hurt people?
Patience is not my virtue.

I've never had so many people reach out to love me.
Your all amazing. My amazing cousin who can do everything including bathe the big puppy gave me a great haircut and it made me feel so good.
I'll take a picture when my bangs grow out a little and I can wear a bra again.
I don't want to get tagged for questionable content.

and saving the BEST for last!
Kayla and her boyfriend went to his parents home and they took them in.
I have no idea how it will go, or how long it will last but for now she is off of the river bank and out of the weather and danger. Thank God.

HUGE sigh of relief.

Don't stop praying.
Say Thank you and then back on your knees! PUHLEEZE!!!!

AND tomorrow some friends are coming to tidy up the flower beds.
She knows how much it bugs me, and I haven't said a thing.
NICE so very nice!

I had to laugh that you could not take a photo to show us without your bra on! I thought you must be walking around semi naked!
LOL... as if!
So glad Kayla is safe.

Thanks for linking up with me yesterday sweet sister..yes, depression does hurt.sigh....I praise God ...I praise Him because,,though they intended to harm us (these trials and tribulations and circumstances) God has intended good for us and for the saving of many lives..Genesis 50:20..and the saving of many lives, I think about our family's.

Sounds like you have some really great friends who are stepping in to help you out. Wonderful how things work that way. Stay positive and take things slowly. Glad to hear that Kayla is safe.

Deborah, I have been thinking of you, and I pray that you get to feeling much better soon. Glad to hear about Kayla.

Things are starting to settle down here a bit. I have been up to my eyeballs in things. In addition to Mr. Magpie, I didn't mention this on the blog, but my SIL had major surgery (his brother's wife) and almost died. Then his sister's husband is having surgery this week. So lots going on here, plus I am on the upswing from being sick. It's time for everyone to get well!!! :-)

Sending you BIG hugs. Now, let's just hope my computer server will start behaving itself. Long story, but it's been wacky lately.

XO,

Sheila :-)

Life can be so tough...I'm glad you have friends who step up to help. And as far as bra's..I guess I'm a bit of a hippy, I never wear one unless I have to. Who's idea were they anyway?! LOL
